All products are made to order after purchase.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However:

  • Colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

  • Slight variations in print placement, tone, fabric texture, or garment shade may occur.

  • Availability of colors and sizes may change without notice.

Because our products are manufactured on demand using third-party suppliers, certain styles, colors, or sizes may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed due to inventory limitations or supply chain changes.

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to:

  • Offer a comparable replacement (such as a different color or model)

  • Contact you to select an alternative option

  • Cancel the affected item and issue a refund

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue products

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse unusually large orders

  • Refuse wholesale or resale purchases

  • Refuse orders that appear fraudulent or abusive

  • Cancel or limit orders exceeding quantities typically associated with personal use

4. ORDERS

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

We may refuse or cancel orders that:

  • Appear to be for resale

  • Exceed reasonable personal quantities

  • Are unusual in size or frequency

  • Involve suspected fraud or abuse

Orders may only be canceled within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.

5. PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Prices may change without notice. Posted prices do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import charges imposed by their country.

Payment Timing: Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

Discount Stacking: Some promotions may allow stacking of discounts. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue stacking at any time.

Volume / Size Pricing: Certain larger sizes or bulk quantities may carry different pricing. Wholesale pricing (if offered) is subject to separate terms and approval.

Payment Currencies: All prices are displayed and charged in USD. We may, at our discretion, offer the option to pay in other currencies, but this is not guaranteed.

If there is a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs

  • Events outside our control

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, carrier interruptions, or technical failures.

Consumers in the EU and Northern Ireland benefit from a 2-year legal conformity warranty under Directive 1999/44/EC and applicable national laws. This warranty covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Common Threads. You agree that Shopify is not liable for any issues arising from purchases made from our store.

12. PRIVACY

All personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, your information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with their policies.

13. FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use them for marketing and operational purposes.

14. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Use the Services unlawfully

  • Attempt fraud

  • Scrape or copy content

  • Disrupt security features

  • Resell products without permission

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. These Terms, together with any policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

21. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without consent.

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. For EU or UK consumers, mandatory consumer protections of your country apply where required.
